Job Title 4 -Mobile Money Usage & Retention Manager
Position Scope:
Reporting level: The position reports to the Head of Mobile Money
Location - Kampala Uganda

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer life cycle to derive maximum usage of Mobile Money Service
• Analyse consumer behaviour i.e. deposits, transfers, purchases, encashment, and develop customer specific value propositions
• Design and execute usage & revenue enhancement program / campaign by launching products and schemes to enhance the average revenue per user
• Track and monitor the financial impact of new and existing products, including revenue growth
• Mapping Market competitive strategies/activities and respond to competitors offering in order to retain the
subscribers.
• Ensure plans/strategies accommodate the changes taking place in the market and respond to customer needs
• Regular market analysis to measure evolution of Mobile Money Services, trends, and product penetration, so that the best strategy can be recommended to increase sales and market share of the Products (or Product Lines)
• Ensuring control of profitability of Products (or Product Lines), in collaboration with Finance Department '
• Market and business intelligence to keep track of business hearth and market movements


Job requirement

Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate win possess
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or Information Systems
• Possession of Masters /Post Graduate /Professional Qualification will be an advantage
• Hands on experience of Sales and Distribution in a telecom or FMCG industry is a distinctive advantage
• At least 10 years of working experience, 2-3 years of which must be in mobile money
• Demonstrated leadership to lead team, business acumen and analytical skills are vital.
