Job requirement
Successful
candidates in these fields will demonstrate at least 10 years
experience in one or more area of functional expertise including work on
prior government-capacity building programs funded by the Government of
Uganda or donor agencies. Successful candidates will also have
extensive hands-on experience working within their field at the district
and/or sub-county level of government, with a variety of stakeholders
like technical staff, elected council¬ors, and NGOs, and will be
recognized experts in their field.
