SAO- Uganda is seeking to recruit a highly skilled, self-motivated and competent Programme Manager to spear head the program for sustainable Child Community Development.

Reporting to: - The National Director SAO (Uganda) The Program Manager's task will be to conceptualization strategic direction and implementation of the SAO program.
The program Manager will undertake the following: - • Responsible for program design • Responsible for program implementation • Ensure programs strategic objectives are met • Conduct periodic reviews and assessment of project implementation of the planned activities • Co-ordinate proposal writing at different levels • Resource mobilization • Prepare and ensure timely reports are presented to the National Director • Provide back stopping to the Regional centres • Ensure training of the staff on different program approaches or design • Ensure timely monitoring and evaluation is conducted • Ensure that all programme activities are in line with the organizational, goals and objectives and that resources are allocation appropriately Job requirement Minimum Qualification and experience: The post requires a dynamic, highly self- motivated and hard-working person with a Master degree in social work/Advance degree in development studies from
a recognized University. Has knowledge of an integrated community Development with 3-5 years relevant experience. Computer knowledge will be an added advantage. Other essential qualifications like excellent communication skills, good presentation skills, good team player and gender sensitive. Age : 28-40 years
