Job Title: Project Officer- Finance
Duty Station: Bugamba Main
Job Purpose:
Oversees the financial and accounting activities at the project level, prepares financial projections, prepares budget/expenditure estimates, monthly financial monitoring statements, maintains and enforces compliance with internal control system and accounts records for all financial transactions, and updates all records in accordance with AEE financial policies, guidelines and procedures
Job requirement Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
I. A Degree in Accounting, Finance or Procurement is desirable, II. Knowledge of tally accounting package III. Experience of project finance management is a plus IV. Experience in budgeting for development projects is desirable V. Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision, willing to reside in a rural area and start work immediately.
