Expatriate Coordinator

Job Reference: TEPU / HRA 301
Main Job Responsibilities
• Ensure the administrative management of the expatriate personnel while observing the Group rules and the local laws and legislation
• Assist the human resource manager in annual daily administrative issues
• Inform and Advise expatriates on the company Internal regulations as the focal point expatriates for local administrative issues such as work permits, time sheets, expense claims
• Ensure that human resource databases are up dated
Qualifications
• University Degree or equivalent
• Good Interpersonal skills
• Fluency in both English and French
• Proficient in ms office and excel
• Good organizational skills and ability to multi task
