Exams Officer

Purpose of Job: To ensure that day to day delivery of exams meets or exceeds stakeholders’ standards and expectations, following predefined processes and procedures. S/he will also identify and implement opportunities for service or business improvement, with support where required.

Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties:

Managing individuals or teams: Able to set clear goals for individuals, monitor their performance and be available to support them.

Financial Management: To Contribute to financial processes and accurate financial information.

Effective Customer communication: To ably handle customer enquiries, complaints and concerns.

Exam Delivery: To process exam papers, plan and manage (the) events.

Computer based tests: To run the tests and understand the requirements for setting-up and running them

Requirement:
Key Competencies

• Time management

• Stress management

• Effective written communications

• IT Skills, with proficiency in MS Office applications.

• English Language – likely to be B2/C1 level

• Knowledge of wider BC work would be an advantage
