RTI IS SEEKING APPLICATIONS FOR THE FOLLOWING JOB DESCRIPTIONS FOR AN UPCOMING GOVERNANCE PROJECT.
Chief of Party will provide leadership in the design, management, implementa¬tion and overall quality assurance of the project. In this role, a successful candidate will be RTI's primary point of contact with the project funder and national government counterpart agencies,, collaborating extensively and meaningfully with government counterparts at the national and district levels of government and providing high-level support for effective local capacity building.
Job requirement
Qualifications: Fifteen years of overall experience with at least ten years of relevant field experience in public administration, decentralization reform, service delivery in key sectors (such as education, health, water, agriculture), parliamentary strengthening, civil society strengthening, or community mobilization. Prior experience managing geographically dispersed teams is preferred. A master's or higher degree in a relevant field desired. Fluency in English required.
