M&E Specialist will be fully responsible for coordination of implementation of all program monitoring and evaluation, in a timely manner and at the standard required by RTI. A successful candidate will have experience designing and managing on-going project monitoring activities and data collection for reporting to the client, as well as experience conducting rigorous impact evaluations of project activities

Job requirement
Qualifications:
10 years of overall experience with a B.A, MA, or MBA with commensurate
experience working in monitoring and evaluation in the governance
sector. Experience in implementing USAID projects required. Experience
in survey design and implementation is preferred.
