SENIOR DIRECTOR OF EDUCATION and DIRECTOR of PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (EDUCATION)
PEAS-Uganda is an education NGO, which aims to ‘unlock the potential of Africa by delivering equal access to affordable, quality secondary education’. PEAS founds and develops low-fee, self-sustaining schools where they are needed most (www.peas.org.uk).
PEAS is pleased to announce its recent partnership with ARK, an international charity whose purpose is to transform children’s lives through work in education, health and child protection across the globe.
The goal of the partnership is to demonstrate and catalyse affordable quality secondary education through public-private partnerships, in order to provide more children with a greater number of opportunities in life. Phase 1 will involve managing a network of ARK-PEAS schools to drive quality learning outcomes (www.arkonline.org).
PEAS is looking for candidates who are passionate about positively impacting children and communities through the delivery of high quality secondary education across a growing network of up to 100 secondary schools (including the ARK-PEAS schools). ARK will be advertising a further two positions towards the end of this week.
