Call Center Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

¨ Single point of interface for client interaction for all operational
issues
¨ Provide daily operational support for the entire CCT equipment deployed
at the client site
¨ Ability to work in virtual team
¨ Provide implementation support for new projects

¨ The selected candidate would be part of a global organisation and will
work with Avaya directly

¨ Possibility would be for good candidates to provide support for pre-sales
activity

Job requirement

SKILLS SET:

1) Should have good experience in Avaya Call Center Technology.
2) Experience: 1-3 yrs
3) Positions: Call Center Engineer (L1 Support)

Job Description:
Experience: 1 – 4 yrs

Technical Skills:
¤ Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in CCT technology preferably Avaya
certified
¤ Experience of working with JAVA, WEB-SERVER and Web Services.
¤ Experience of working with Oracle / SQL Database would be an advantage.
¤ Knowledge of telecom networks & SS7 & SIP signalling will be preferred.
