The USAID-Funded Sustainable Tourism in the Albertine Rift (STAR) Program is seeking qualified candidates for full time positions. The USAiD STAR program's objective is to strengthen sustainable tourism in support of biodiversity conservation in Uganda. '

ADMINISTRATIVE and DATA ASSISTANTI MANAGER (Kampala based
Key tasks:
• Perform front desk duties and serve as telephone operator;
• Maintain project office files; ensuring that all correspondence and documents are properly copied and filed in accordance with filing system
• Manage program database
• Coordinate activities of short-term consultants travel, accommodation and maintain normal schedules, office meetings;
• Track procurement of office supplies and their utilization.

Job requirement

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field with a minimum of 1 years work experience in a similar position; good working knowledge of word processing, Photoshop Flicker, and Spreadsheets is required plus excellent organizational skills and online info management abilities.
