Medical
delegates (2).
Job Purpose
• To promote the Nestle
Infant Nutrition products in assigned territory and aim for prescription
/ recommendation or inclusion in formulary, tenders or contracts
•
To develop relationships/ partnerships with medical/paramedical
contacts/institutions through effective communication and/or sponsorship
of activities
Key Point Indicators
• Strict compliance of the WHO Code
• Optimum territory Coverage
• Efficiency & effectiveness of HCP Scientific Events planning
• Maintenance of good relations with medical/para-medical contacts & stakeholders
Duties and Responsibilities
Result Management:
• Achieves regional sales and RIG target objectives
• Delivers agreed KPIs set by Field Management Business Development:
• Be a reliable source of information for IN products
• Seek and build strategic relations with Key Contacts who can facilitate business development
• Identify opportunities for new business and ensure satisfaction of service levels
• Recommend investments and plan of activities for potential contacts / customers.
Issues Management / Problem Solving:
• Identify issues preventing performance in the territory and provide solutions
• Monitoring of progress made and the ability to change strategies to achieve objectives
• Assist with the implementation of the WHO Management System Territory Management:
• Maintenance of an updated master list, monitor agreed call frequency, thus ensuring efficiency of coverage.
•
Plan and execute coverage by means of a regularly updated call cycle,
maintain cycle detailing and all other marketing and promotional
strategies set by product management.
• Conduct periodic trade checks
to ensure product availability, market hygiene, completeness of product
range and report competitive activities , stock level and prices

Necessary Qualifications
• Science related degree holder with relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Field Operations.
• Sales exposure.
• Confidence to engage with Medical Institutions is key.
• Ability to drive.
