Brief Description of Role
Personal assistant to Partner and Audit Managers
Key responsibilities
diary management & associated logistics (catering, room, equipment, etc.)
travel arrangements - both local & international
generation of correspondence - responding to emails
screening of calls & handling of queries
client liaison - setup of extensive client meetings
preparation of presentations & single frame slides
timesheet completion within 21h00 friday deadline
administer the data analytics account - keep track & payments up to date
filing of all client files and information
control of leave records
travel for Partner and Audit Managers
Qualifications
First Class or aminimum of a second class upper Bachelor of Arts degree in Secretarial studies or Social sciences
2-3 years experience in Personal Assistance duties or executive support

above average secretarial skills
good organisational ability
good interpersonal skills - extensive people contact, both internal & external
good telephone etiquette
good computer skills - word, excel & powerpoint; lotus notes
good time management skills & ability to prioritise
action-oriented & able to handle stress
proactive - must be able to work without supervision

must be energetic, committed & reliable

able to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
