Receptionist / Telephone

Job purpose

To handle phone inquires and help customers
Day to day responsibilities
Handle incoming calls
Keep messages
Give info re: extension numbers, office phones etc
Collect and dispatch Newspapers & Magazines to personnel
Welcome visitors
Reserve and manage conference rooms
Collect and manages all incoming/outgoing correspondence
Courier dispatches

Requirements:
A good Bachelor's degree in any field
2-3 years relevant working experience in front office work is essential
Organizational skills
Proper Telephone etiquette
Interpersonal skills
Fluency in English
