Key Responsibilities:
Operate the yeast Autolysis plant according to the Standard operating procedure
Comply with safe, health and environmental procedures and legislation
Maintain safety and housekeeping standards
Maintain repair and optimize plant and associated devises
Continuously improve (optimize ) plant, process equipment and systems
Apply Manufacturing way Principles

Diploma in a Science Discipline
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the Food and beverages Manufacturing Company
Process knowledge and Product Knowledge
Basic brewing Process and engineering understanding
High integrity and attention to detail
High energy, balanced personality self discipline and drive, conceptualizing and innovative thinking, goal orientation and a strong output bias.
Proactive mindset, self driven, self starter and with initiative; ability to communicate (verbal and written),
Go getter attitude, Team player, Proactive and customer focused
Computer literacy – Word, PowerPoint and Excel is an added advantage
Work in Teams.
