About this Job:
We are a Ugandan registered consulting firm that offers technical assistance, management consultancy and executive training for improved performance in the financial, business and related social/ economic sectors nationally and internationally.
Owing to sustained growth in business volumes, we are recruiting two middle level professionals to join our current team of 14. The successful applicants will be graduates (preferably master’s degree level) in a business discipline with full or part professional accountancy qualification. In addition, they will have the following competencies and attributes:

Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent financial literacy, including ability to analyse businesses through financial statements
Hands-on experience in banking (credit or corporate functions) and/ or microfinance
Clean working record; no history of dismal due to dishonesty or incompetence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Presentable personality that conjures up respect and confidence
Above average business instinct
Work in Teams
Age limit: 26 to 35 years.
