A PhD in Economics with a bias in Macroeconomics.
WORKING EXPERIENCE:
At least four (4) years of relevant working experience
in academia or a research based institution; Must have
published at least two (2) articles in reputable journals;
AGE:
Should be between 35 and 45 years of age.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Computer literacy; Good analytical and policy oriented
report writing; Good interpersonal relations; and, Good
communication skills
